Free Email Extractor FAQ

Find answers about the website email scraper workflow, bulk URL extraction, XLSX export, one-email results, privacy, testing behavior, robots.txt, and anti spam compliance.

FreeEmailExtractor checks each website in priority order and stops scanning that website as soon as one clean email address is found.

The crawler starts with the homepage, then checks common public pages such as contact, about, advertise, press, newsroom, team, staff, authors, and editorial-team paths.

The preview table and XLSX file can show Found, Not Found, Invalid URL, or Failed to Fetch for each submitted website.

You can submit up to 300 URLs at one time. After a batch starts, the same IP can start another 300 URL batch after 1 hour.

The tool skips blocked pages. If no allowed page can be fetched, the website may show Failed to Fetch.

No database is used in this version. Submitted URLs are temporarily processed to return extraction results.

Browser CORS is not relevant because fetching happens through a Next.js route handler on the server side.
